NGC grading process

Get in touch.
Send a message with details about what coins you’re submitting (coin type, date, etc.). If you have any questions, these can also be answered.

Choose a submission option.
We will confirm the grading tier and submission tier and provide you a quote for grading.

Send your coins to us.
Post your coins to our UK address.

We receive your coins.
When your coins arrive, we confirm what was received and prepare the NGC submission paperwork.

Submission to NGC.
We submit your coins to NGC under our authorised dealer account.

Grading at NGC.
NGC authenticates, grades and encapsulates your coins. This stage is completed by NGC.

Return to us.
We receive the graded coins back, check that the submission matches the paperwork, and confirm everything is ready to return to you.

Return shipping to you.
We pack securely and ship back to you. You’ll receive tracking details when it leaves us.
